A When using a pen tablet in a Windows environment, a ripple-like effect may appear around the cursor depending on the Windows settings.
To turn off the ripple-like effect, try the following steps.

1. Select “Start Button (Windows symbol in the lower left corner)” > “Settings (gear symbol)”.
2. Select “Devices.”
3. Select “Pen and Windows Ink (or ‘Pen’).”
   (In Window 11, search for “Pen and Windows Ink” in the taskbar search box and select “Additional Pen Settings.”)
   
4. Uncheck “Show visual effects”.
