Q I cannot use previously purchased items (add-ons, Prime Membership, etc.).
A If your previously purchased rights are not reflected in the app, please check the following points and try the restoration steps.
Check the Store
Please confirm that the store from which you downloaded the current app is the same store used when you originally purchased the rights.
Rights cannot be transferred between different stores such as the App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
If the stores are different, you will need to purchase the item again from the store you are currently using.
Restore Purchased Rights
Please perform the restoration process within the app.
Tap the Gear icon on the title screen to open the Settings window.
Tap "Restore Purchased Rights" in the Settings window.
Troubleshooting if "Restore Purchased Rights" does not work
If your purchase is still not reflected after performing the restoration, please try the following steps and then attempt restoration again.
Update Device and App: Update the app to the latest version and restart your device.
Check Login Account: Ensure that you are logged into the store app with the same account used for the purchase (Apple Account / Google Account / Microsoft Account / Huawei ID).
Check Purchase History: Verify that the item appears in the purchase history of the store app.
Android Account Settings: If multiple Google Accounts are registered on your device, the restoration process may not function correctly. Keep only the account used for the purchase on the device and temporarily remove all other accounts.
