I can't purchase the Pro Upgrade in the Windows version

Please try the following methods.

  • Update ibisPaint to the latest version.
  • If you have been launching ibisPaint with administrator privileges (by right-clicking the ibisPaint icon and selecting “Run as administrator”), please try launching it with normal privileges.
If the issue is not resolved by the above, please also try the steps below and check whether the issue is resolved.

  1. Right-click the Windows Start button, select “Run”, type “regedit”, and click OK to open the Registry Editor.
  2. In the address bar at the top of the Registry Editor, enter the following and press Enter:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
  3. In the right pane, double-click “EnableLUA”. (*)
  4. Set “Value data” to "1", click OK, and close the Registry Editor. (*)
  5. Restart Windows, then try the purchase procedure again.

*If “EnableLUA” does not exist, or if “Value data” is already set to "1", simply close the Registry Editor. In this case, another cause may be involved. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here with the details of your situation.
