A Error code E1-15 may appear due to an issue with the app's license verification.

If the app was not downloaded from the Google Play Store: Please re-download ibisPaint from the Google Play Store.

If you downloaded it from the Google Play Store but still see E1-15: Please prepare the following information and contact us via the inquiry form at the bottom of the FAQ page.

1. Are you a Premium Member, or have you purchased the Ad Removal Upgrade?
2. If you have made a purchase, please provide the order number starting with GPA and a screenshot of your purchase history.
3. Please check your UUID following the steps below.

1. Tap the version number string (ver.X.X.X) on the app''s title screen.
2. The "Version Information" alert will appear, displaying the app''s UUID.
3. Tap "Copy UUID" and save the copied information.
