A If you are unable to log in with your Apple Account, please follow the steps below on the Apple website, and then try logging in to ibisPaint again.

1. Log in to Apple''s account management site:
   https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
2. Navigate to Security > Sign in with Apple > Manage Apps & Websites > ibisPaint > Stop Using Apple Account.
3. Try signing in again in the ibisPaint app.
