The “Sign in with Google” button is unresponsive on the X login screen

If you are unable to use the “Sign in with Google” option on the X login screen, please try the following steps:

  1. Enter the appropriate X account information in the “Phone number / Email address / Username” field.
  2. On the next screen, enter your password to complete the login process.

If you are able to log in using the steps above, you may continue using your account as usual.
If you have only used “Sign in with Google” in the past and have not set a password for your X account, please follow the steps below:
  • Access the official X website from a browser and log in.
  • Set a password for your account.
After setting a password, try logging in to the ibisPaint app again.

To set a password, you must have allowed X to receive your Google account email address when you created your X account using Google.
After logging in to the official X website, check the “Email address” field under “Account Information.”
If your Google account email address is displayed there, the permission has been granted correctly.
If your email address is not displayed, please contact X Support for assistance with logging in using your username and password.
