Q.
“Cannnot allocate memory” was shown when I upload the movie.


A.
Insufficiency of the memory occurred when uploading the movie.
Please stop other apps following steps below and retry to upload.

[Stop the app]
  1. Press the Home button and then the Home screen appears.
  2. Double-click the Home button and then the multitasking bar appears. Icons of apps appear to the multitasking bar.
  3. Touch and hold it until it starts to jiggle.
  4. Tap x button which appears on the upper left of its icon.
  5. Then its icon disappears.
*There is also the app which has not been started even if displayed on the multitasking bar.

Please reboot your device and retry to upload your illustration if the app crashes even if you’ve stopped all apps.
