Can't receive e-mails automatically even the Background Communication is ON.

Backgound Communication is unavailable for iPhone3G.
The Background Communication is the function which the Backgound communication
will keep communicating even if the application switches to background by pushing Home button. However, the communication has to be already started by the time you push the Home button.
For example, you will be able to receive e-mails through this application in
the background if this application already has been started to receive the e-mails (but not completed yet) right before you push the home button.
