A If artwork that should have been synchronized to cloud storage from My Gallery before changing devices is not displayed on the new device, please review the following:

Enable Cloud Sync
- After signing in to the app, turn on the Cloud Sync setting. Synchronized artwork will then appear in My Gallery.
- For setup instructions, please see "How to use Cloud Storage".

If the artwork is still not displayed
- Please verify that the account signed in for Cloud Sync is the same account you used previously.

If you still have your old device, check the "Sync status" of the artwork displayed in My Gallery on that device.
- If the status shows [Cloud synchronization complete] (green checkmark) or [Cloud-only artworks] (gray cloud icon), the data has been saved correctly to cloud storage.
- therwise, the data has not been saved correctly, and the artwork will not appear in My Gallery on the new device.
- In such cases, you must save the artwork correctly to cloud storage on the old device. The remedy differs depending on the displayed status, so please also refer to "Sync status".

- From the app’s title screen, open the Online Gallery.
- Open My Page and confirm that it is the same account used for synchronization.
- Tap the “https://” at the top and take a screenshot of the screen that appears.

UUID
- On the app’s title screen, tap the version number string (ver. X.X.X.X).
- An alert titled “Version Information” along with the app’s UUID will be displayed.
- Tap “Copy UUID” and paste the UUID into the body of your message.
