The multitasking bar appears or the screen moves when I draw with the digital stylus.

Multitasking gestures make these phenomenons.
Please stop multitasking gestures by following steps because the app can’t stop multitasking gestures.

[Stop multitasking gestures]
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap “General” in the left pane.
  3. Set “Multitasking Gestures” to OFF in the right pane.
