Please check following points if you cannot finish to calibrate your digital stylus.
[The plastic protection cover]
The plastic protection cover might be stuck on the receiver.
You cannot calibrate the digital stylus if the cover is not peeled off.
Please peel off it from the receiver.
[Calibration time]
The mark of the calibration position is not moved for improvement of the calibration precision if the ibisPaint cannot get the enough data while the tip of the iPen is pressed.
Please continue to press the tip about one second when you calibrate the iPen.
Please check following points if the position slips off.
[An angle of the pen]
The pen position is different if an angle of the pen is different because of the specification of the digital stylus like iPen.
Therefore the position will be different if you calibrate the pen perpendicularly.
Please hold the pen the same way as time to draw lines when you calibrate the digital stylus.
[The device direction]
The pen position might be different by the direction of the screen because of the specification of the digital stylus.
Therefore, if the orientation of the screen at the time of calibration differs from the orientation of the screen when drawing with the pen, the position of the pen will be misaligned.
When calibrating, please calibrate with the same orientation as when actually drawing.
