Prime features are not working A. Please try the following steps to see if your purchased rights can be restored. 1. Reboot your device and update the app if it is not the latest version. 2. Make sure you are logged in to the application store with the same Purchase Account (Google account, Apple ID, Microsoft account, HUAWEI ID) as the one you used when you purchased the app. 3. Check your purchase history in the application store. 4. Tap the gear icon on the ibisPaint title screen to open the ibisPaint Settings window. 5. Tap “Restore purchased rights".
