I purchased Prime Membership subscription or Remove Ads Add-on, but the ads are not disappearing.

Please try the following.
  1. Please update your application to the latest version.
  2. Try Restore Purchased Rights.
  3. If 2 does not improve the situation, please make sure that you are logged into the app store with the same purchase account (Apple Account, Google account, Microsoft account, or HUAWEI ID) as when you made the purchase, then reinstall the app and restore the purchased rights again.
    Please be sure to back up your artwork and settings then.
