Videos can no longer be played in ibisPaint Online Gallery on Android devices


A.
If you receive an error message “Video cannot be played” when playing a video in ibisPaint Online Gallery on your Android device, please try the following.
　1. Select and launch the application “Photos” from the Android application list.
　2. If the application suggests you update to “Google Photos”, please do so.
　3. After installing the above application, please open the ibisPaint Online Gallery again and try to play the video of an artwork.
