Q I cannot connect to the Exchange server.
A ibisMail for iPhone does no support Exchange servers.
Though Exchange servers use "NTLM" for authentication, ibisMail for iPhone only supports
"MD5 Challenge-Response", "HTTP MD5 Digest" and "Password".
