When you create a account, please select IMAP at the top of New Account screen after saving address and password.
Please make sure the account's configuration information is set as follows in the Settings.

Incoming mail server (IMAP)	Host	imap.aol.com
	User	mail address(the part of the address preceding @)
	Detail Use SSL	ON
	Detail Auth.	Password
	Detail IMAP Path Prefix	empty
	Detail Server Port	993
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)	Host	smtp.aol.com
	User	mail address(the part of the address preceding @)
	Use SSL	ON
	Authentication	Password
	Server Port	465
