Q.
The artworks I had saved in the cloud has disappeared.

Please check if any of the following apply to you.

1. Time has passed since the contract was cancelled from the Prime Membership.
- What happens to the artworks in the Cloud Storage after I cancel my Prime Membership?

2. You are a free member and had not used the application for a certain period of time.
- If you are not the Prime Membership, all your artworks will be automatically deleted after 180 days of inactivity in the Cloud.

3. Thirty days after the end of the Prime Membership period, artworks that exceeded 64 MB deleted.
- What happens to the artworks in the Cloud Storage after I cancel my Prime Membership?

4. Another Authentication Account (ibisAccount, X , Facebook, Apple Account) is logged in.
- Please log in again with the previously created Authentication Account from the app settings.

5. When you changed your device to a new model and artworks saved in the cloud disappeared.
- What happens to the artworks in the Cloud Storage after I cancel my Prime Membership?

6. None of the above.
