The app freezes at MyGallery.

Please follow the steps below to close ibisPaint and then restart it.

< Close the application (iPhone/iPad) >
1. Return to the Home screen.
2. Open the list of running apps.
3. Flick up the thumbnail of ibisPaint.
4. Return to the Home screen.
5. Start ibisPaint.

< Close the application (Android) >
1. Return to the Home screen.
2. Display the list of apps.
3. Flick ibisPaint to the side to delete it.
4. Return to the Home screen.
5. Start ibisPaint.

If the problem persists, restart the device.
