When opening the Windows version app, an error message "Failed to prepare WebView: No such interface supported. (-2147467262)" appears.

If the Beta/Dev/Canary channel of Microsoft Edge is installed on your device, there is a possibility that this error will occur due to version mismatch. Please try uninstalling the Beta/Dev/Canary version of Microsoft Edge using the following steps.

  1. Select the [Start] button, then select [Settings] > [Apps] > [Apps & features]
  2. From the list, select the relevant Microsoft Edge (if you are using Windows 11, click the "︙"), then select [Uninstall] and follow the instructions.
