I cannot restore my purchased rights.

Please note that you cannot restore purchased rights for Add-ons or Prime Membership that were purchased from stores different from the one you’re currently using (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Huawei AppGallery, etc.).
If the above does not apply to you, please try the following steps to restore your purchased rights:

  1. Restart your device and update the app if it is not the latest version.
  2. Make sure you are logged in to the application store with the same account (Apple ID/Google Account/Microsoft Account/Huawei ID) used at the time of purchase.
  3. Check your purchase history in the application store.
  4. Tap the gear icon on the title screen of ibisPaint to open the settings window.
  5. Tap "Restore Purchased Rights."

*If you have multiple Google accounts on your Android device, please set only the account used for the purchase and remove all other accounts from the device before trying the steps above.
