A Please note that it is not possible to transfer or share the Upgrades or Premium Membership purchased from a different store than the one you are currently using (App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store, HUAWEI AppGallery).

For example, in case of Windows, the purchase information is linked to your Microsoft account, and purchases made on Windows cannot be restored on Android, so you will need to purchase them again on Android.
It is only possible to transfer or share the purchased rights between Windows devices, or between Android devices, etc.

However, additional Cloud Storage space can be shared between devices with different OS.
To do this, you need to create an Authentication Account (ibisAccount, X, Facebook, Apple Account) to log in to the Cloud Storage, and then log in on the other device with the same Authentication Account to increase the Cloud Storage capacity available on both devices.

To transfer or share your purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Reboot your device and update the app if it is not the latest version.
2. Make sure you are logged in to the application store with the same Billing Account (Google account, Apple Account, Microsoft account, HUAWEI ID) as the one you used when you purchased the app.
3. Check your purchase history in the application store.
4. Tap the gear icon on the ibisPaint title screen to open the ibisPaint's Settings window.
5. Tap “Restore purchased rights".
