Q.
Cannot purchase Pro add-on on the Windows version.

If you have started the ibisPaint app with administrator privilege by right-clicking on the ibisPaint icon and from the menu, please try starting it with normal privilege and see if the problem is resolved.

If the above does not resolve the problem, please try the steps below and see if the problem is resolved.

  1. Right-click the Windows Start button, select Run, type “regedit” as the name, and press OK to launch Registry Editor.

  2. Enter the following in the address field at the top of "Registry Editor" and press the Enter key.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

  3. Double-click “EnableLUA” in the right pane of the Registry Editor.*

  4. Enter "1" in "Value data", press OK and close "Registry Editor".*

  5. Restart Windows and perform the purchase procedure again.

*If "EnableLUA" is not present or "Value data" is already 1, just close Registry Editor.
