I cannot upload my artwork.

Please check if any of the following apply to you.

1."Error code 408” is displayed.
- Error Code 408

2.App crashes during upload.
- App crashes when uploading.

3.Trying to re-upload your artwork under a different account.
- I want to upload my illustration again with other account.

4.An error message “token is invalid. ”or ”token is expired.” is displayed.
- I get an error message “token is invalid.” or “token is expired”.


5."Cannot allocate memory” is displayed on video upload.
- “Cannnot allocate memory” was shown when I upload the movie.

6.I cannot upload my artwork to YouTube.
- I cannot upload my artwork to YouTube.

7.None of the above.
- Please contact here. Please state that none of the items in this FAQ apply to you.
