The artworks I've saved to the Сloud Storage disappeared

Please check whether any of the following apply to you.

  1. Some time has passed since you cancelled your Premium Membership.

  2. You are not a Premium Member and have not used the app for a certain period of time.
    • If you are not a Premium Member, all artworks will be automatically deleted if Cloud Storage has not been used for more than 180 days.

  3. 30 days after your Premium Membership period ended, artworks exceeding 64MB were deleted.

  4. You are logged in with a different Authentication Account (ibisAccount, X, Facebook, Apple account).
    • Please log in again with the Authentication Account you previously used from the app settings.

  5. After changing your device, artworks saved in the Cloud Storage are no longer visible.
