The ibisPaint website has an automatic login feature.
If you have already logged in to X or Facebook website with the corresponding account, you can log in to the ibisPaint website without entering your login and password again.
Therefore, if you would like to log in with a different account, please log out of the ibisPaint website as well as the X or Facebook website, and then log in with a different account on both.
To switch accounts, please follow the steps below.
[How to switch accounts]
1. In case of ibisPaint application, open the Online Gallery. In case of a browser, open the ibisPaint website.
2. For iPhone and Android smartphones, please open My Page by tapping the “My Page” button located at the bottom right of the screen. Then, tap the “Sign Out” button near the top of the My Page screen to sign out.
For iPad and Android tablet PCs, please tap the account icon located at the top right of the screen to open the menu, and then tap the “Sign Out” button within the menu to sign out.
3. Open the Online Gallery or ibisPaint website again, log out if you are logged in, and log in again with a new account using the login button.
