When using the Liquify Pen, the drawing is extremely distorted.

Regarding this matter, the issue has been resolved in most devices with the update to version 13.1.4 or later. However, on some devices (for example, Xiaomi models), the problem may still persist.
We would appreciate it if you could update the application to the latest version and check whether the issue has been resolved.

How to check your device information
1. On the title screen of the application, tap the version number string (ver.X.X.X).
2. When the “Version Information” alert appears, tap “Device Information.”
3. Tap “Copy Device Information,” then paste the copied text into the body of your email and send it to us.
