Q.
When I changed my device to a new model and artworks saved in the cloud disappeared.
A.
First, please confirm that the authentication account you are logged into is the same account that was used for synchronization before changing devices.
Next, check that the works synchronized to the cloud on your previous device display the shared icon. If a green check mark or a gray cloud icon appears next to the work, as shown in the steps at the URL below, the work is saved in cloud storage.

If you cannot confirm this on your previous device and synchronization is already complete on the new device, it is possible that the upload to the cloud did not complete successfully for some reason.

・Screenshot of My Page
(1) Open the Online Gallery from the app’s title screen
(2) Open My Page and confirm that it is the same account used during synchronization
(3) Tap the “https://” at the top and take a screenshot of the displayed screen
・UUID
(1) On the app’s title screen, tap the version number string (ver. X.X.X.X)
(2) The “Version Information” alert and the app’s UUID will be displayed
(3) Tap “Copy UUID” and paste the UUID into the body of your email
